All shipments are executed through FEDEX and are a flat rate depending on the quantity and value of each board. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible by negotiating the best shipping rates through our partnership with FEDEX. Every shipment comes with insurance and requires a signature at the time of delivery unless otherwise requested by the customer. This helps protect the Erickson Wood Works and the customer to ensure that the product is delivered to the correct address. All board are meticulously packed for safe arrival. If you have questions pertaining to shipping please send us an e-mail. We cannot issue a refund for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customer. If the item is returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional expense to ship to the correct address.

International Shipping: Please contact us prior to your purchase so that we can provide you with an accurate quote on international shipping. We ship worldwide. If you can accept a package, we can deliver it!

Custom Requests and Expedited Shipping
We would like to partner with you to create the perfect custom surface for your project. Please complete the Custom Surface Consultation Request. Within 1-3 business days Ginny will be in contact with you to discuss how we can design a gorgeous surface for your needs. In addition, if you need your surface ASAP, please contact us directly so that we can provide an expedited build/ship quote.
Return PolicyPlease inform us by e-mail within 48 hours after delivery if your product(s) sustained damage during shipment or if there is a problem with the product that is delivered. We require photos of all damaged goods requesting a refund or replacement. If you cannot provide photos of damage, we will not issue a refund or replacement.
We will not refund or replace surfaces that have been stained due to unreasonable exposure to food or drink. Please see "About our Surfaces" for more information regarding how our finishes guard against stains.
All refunds/returns must be shipped back with a shipping label with a tracking number to protect both the seller and consumer. We do not guarantee refunds or returns sent back by marking "Return to Sender" on the box.
